Eaton Helpdesk has changed my life. Seriously. I was at work physically 50-60 hours a week. Now I have a work computer and my phone set up to do my work any where. Mason is our tech....he came out to my house! RJ (operations) amazing customer service, Debbie amazing with getting me anybody when im in panic mode and bobby......well, I know for a fact, in sensitive issues and my needs....I know I can always call him!
They all treat me like a queen at ALL times. WHO can say that about ANY business ALL of the time?I am blessed that I was introduced to Eaton Helpdesk.
